Welcome to Able School of Motoring

Able School of Motoring is run by Shaun Dixon. I am a DSA approved non-smoking Driving Instructor and have been working as a Driving Instructor since 2000.

I pride myself on delivering a friendly, patient and professional service within York and the surrounding area and have an excellent pass rate.

All of my lessons take place on a one to one basis, you will never have to drive any other students home. Lessons take place in a new style, easy to drive Ford Fiesta. The car is fitted with dual controls, has power steering and air conditioning and has received a 5* NCAP safety rating.

All lessons are planned and progress recorded. I give tuition on the Highway Code and Show Me/Tell Me (the 1st part of the practical driving assessment) as part of the lesson.
